Intense 45-Minute Cardio Workout – Burn up to 1,000 calories!

This high-energy cardio class makes working out fun. Learn the fundamentals of boxing through high-intensity punch combinations on your own bag, in a state of the art black light classroom. Our instructors are regarded as the best in the industry and include several Professional and World Champion Boxers (Kickboxers). Each teacher has their own style, and integrate punches, footwork, kicks, as well as core and floor work mixed in. Open to everyone from new rookies to veterans!


A 45 Minute class of Kickboxing mixed with Yoga poses.

Taught by Jabs Gym founder Fortune, Boyo is meant to challenge your mind and your body. This 45 minute class is high energy and fun. BOYO uses intervals to help your burn more calories. Kickboxing raises your heart rate and yoga poses bring it back down creating a one of a kind workout tailored to seasoned athletes and beginners. ***No Yoga Mat Required.

Boxing Fundamentals

A 45 minute class focusing on basic fundamentals and technique.

This is a great class for beginners or those looking to elevate their workout through proper boxing form.

Circuit Box

45-Minute High-Intensity Training with elements of Boxing, TRX, Shuttle Steppers, Core Work, & Light Weights

This is the perfect full-body workout for all fitness levels. Different every time, Circuit Box classes feature 20-24 different exercises performed in 45 second intervals, with a 15-second rest while stations shift. Circuit Box classes will leave you with a great full-body burn after focusing on interval, strength, and cardio training.

Strong by Zumba ®

Combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.

Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. In a 45 minute class you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing.


Bootcamp is a 45 minute high intensity workout where you will train in a small group setting.

This class includes a variety of training including cardio, cross-training, and strength conditioning. You will be provided with a full body workout in a fun, fast paced environment! Exercises may take place indoors or outdoors (weather permitting). Our bootcamp instructor will personally work with each member to maximize the benefits of this challenging and exciting workout!

Jabs Crosstrain

Sessions are 45 minutes long and all fitness levels are welcomed!

Jabs Crosstrain sessions include pre-designed workouts focused on building stamina, strength, agility, and cardio-vascular endurance. Every session is led by one or more Jabs coaches who are guaranteed to push to your personal best!


45 Minute Vinyasa Yoga based classes

Focusing on challenging the mind, body and soul. Taught by Jabs Co-Founder David, Yoga is a perfect class to balance out your workout.

Detroit Muscle

We incorporate the Spirit of Detroit in this workout.

Gritty. Tough. Not afraid to get our hands dirty, and have fun while doing it. Let’s get together and lift! From 5lbs. and up! All fitness levels welcomed!
